Here you can discuss the Mew Mew Italian dub, Mew Mew Amiche Vincenti. You can find all 52 episodes on LionAngel93's account on Youtube. Another account, amichevincentisubs, is planning on subtitling the episodes. The first part of that is available here:
I think that, despite some localization, this is one of the best western dubs for Mew Mew. Most of the original dialogue is intact and the acting is among the best I've heard. Some people complained about how deep some of the voices for the girls were but they tend to forget that not every kid sounds high-pitched in other countries. Besides, I think the acting more than makes up for it. There was the Blue Knight/Ryan mix up with the voices at first but since it wasn't the only dub I've seen with that mistake, I can let it slide XD.

As expected, the italian dub is amazing! Usually the italian dub for an anime is on par (if not surpassing) the japanese version (just see their dubs for Pokemon and Mermaid Melody!). I've been to Italy and not many children have high voices there so it seems accurate! (Better than the 4kids dub - I'm looking at you 'Kikki'). I have no idea why Italy is so amazing at anime, but I'm glad they didn't use the 4kids dub like every other european country!

The reason why Italy was able to dub from the original was because they got the rights to the show before 4Kids did. Once 4Kids got the rights, they also had the right to give their version to other western countries, so other countries didn't have a choice when they got it.

Oh, that makes sense. Italians get all the good dubs. Why did the italians get the rights to broadcast their version in other countries, saving everyone from 4kids?

I said that it was 4Kids that was able to broadcast their version, not the Italians. I just said that they were lucky since they got it before 4Kids did.
But 4Kids did kind of take terms from the Italian version(I think it was too many to be a coincidence XD) such as:
Masaya - Mark Moe - Megan Miwa - Mimi Masha said "collect" when eating the parasite aliens. The Italian version made him say "eliminated", which 4Kids did as well. Ryou/Elliot avatar was labeled as Ryan on the 4Kids website XD. The Italian version kept the term Mew Aqua but called the bigger pieces "Aqua Crystal". 4Kids changed the name to Blue Aqua but said the bigger ones were "Blue Aqua Crystal." (All pieces were only called Mew Aqua in the original.)
